Super Selective Schools
-
Super selective schools are the top 20 schools in the country. They are the most selective schools in the country. If you are at this level of selectivity, that means that our team of college admissions experts think that you have a good chance to get into some schools in this group assuming you apply to several of them and keep up the same level until you graduate. Of course, no one knows for sure what schools you will get into (and don’t believe anyone who tells you they do) except the admissions officer reading your application. So, we always recommend students apply to several colleges lower levels than the one they are tracking to (in addition to several in their tier).
Schools in this group include:
Princeton University
Harvard University
Yale University
University of Chicago
Columbia University
Massachusetts Institute of Technology
Stanford University
University of Pennsylvania
Duke University
Johns Hopkins University
Northwestern University
California Institute of Technology
Dartmouth College
Brown University
Vanderbilt University
Cornell University
